Monday morning update!

Well another couple of days and another pound down.  I weighed in at 257 this morning.  I love eating all these nutritious veggies, nuts and fruits.  The weight is coming off and I am still eating lots of food!  Yummy for my tummy stuff!  I had lentils with curry for lunch.  All vegan of course!  I have been eating vegan but I would rather eat nutritious foods and if I need to have some animal products I will.  I don’t see that happening anytime soon or really want to.

I will be taping some wonderful recipes and sharing them with you folks.  For now live healthy, love a lot, be yourself.  You are what you eat!
